dIUI: 17dpo

Just got a call from the clinic. Dr. W is very pleased with the beta results (he was out until today). Said I could stop taking the progesterone suppositories, as my progesterone is 56.4, and they are looking for at least 25. As I've been having some minor hoo-ha (VJJ for you Opr.ah fans) irritation, this is a good thing.

So, I didn't wake up at 2:30 a.m. this morning. It was closer to 3:00. I managed to sleep from 4-6, but I'm starting to get really tired. I'm hoping that I not taking extra progesterone will help with that. Oh, and I had sciatic pain in my right buttock all night, which didn't help.

Other symptoms: sore b00bs. and I mean SORE!!! Painfully sore. If Sharky, our wonderful 20-pound cat in on me and steps on them - Ouch!

I also have some very low-level nausea. But that just may be from my anxiety yesterday, waiting for the second beta, and my lack of sleep.

That's all I have for today. Work is crazy, but fun.

P.S. Someone asked what podcast I was listening to in the middle of the night that gave me the giggles... it was Mohr.Stories - JayMohr was describing how his manager's little dog attacked his leg while he was holding his baby. Somehow this was the funniest thing EVAH! (how could it not be at 3am?)

Yay for more symptoms! So they won't be doing another beta? They are just making you wait for the scan? I don't know how you are going to keep your sanity.

Yay! And lucky you for getting to finish up the prog. so soon. I had to use them until I was 14 weeks.

Great news! And thanks for the podcast info. I've recently developed an addiction, so it's one to add to the list!

Glad to hear things are going so well. Hope getting rid of the extra progesterone makes the nausea a bit better.
