He left last Thursday and it took until about Tuesday for me to start missing him. I was enjoying myself too much with going out, visiting friends, sleeping in, watching what I wanted on TV (no sports on TV for 9 days, except the Red_Sox/Yankee opener on Sunday).
It's nice to have him home. Lot's of cuddling this morning with the two cats.

I know what you mean about having alone time. DH is a pilot and I really enjoy a couple of days a week to myself. He's been home sick all week, but just went back to work today. Phew...
yay for mr. jem being away! and back! that's when all the good stuff happens when they comme back ;)
Glad he's home safely, and that you enjoyed your time alone. I love having some time to myself.
