I've turned into a moody be-atch. Can't decide if I'm getting sick, or just sick of the humdrum of my life. Grumpy and over-reactive. I think I'm sleep deprived, stressed by work, yada, yada, yada.
Yawn.

Could have written this myself! I hope things start looking up.
I've been dragging my heels all week. I went to acupuncture yesterday and told her to 'sort me out' and am feeling so much better now. Something about those needles always seems to bring me back into balance.... I hope your hum drum passes soon, but at the very least you know you're not alone it seems a few of us IFers are feeling the same way lately.
any chance it could be situational depression? (this and your last post make me think maybe)- I was 'diagnosed' with that b/c of my work sit this year...
Get outdoors and get a brisk walk. Discover a new French cafe. And don't beat yourself up for being moody- it happens to all of us.
PS with re: to curly hair posting, I do everything I can to coax curl into my stick-straight hair. I can't fathom why people use straightening irons-
Moody seems like a perfectly reasonable response to your last few months. But if it's making you unhappy, force yourself to take care of you -- work out, eat food you like, get your nails done, etc. I hope that you feel better soon, and cut yourself a break!

I'm another one who could have written this one. Hugs to you. Hope the mood lifts soon--for all of us!
