Losing my marbles

It's official! I'm so sleep deprived that I'm losing things, namely my keys. Twice. First I lost my regular set of keys somewhere between the house and the car a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I lost the spare set of house keys. Again, somewhere between the house and the car, but maybe at he store. Mr. Jem was upset and super concerned.

BTW, his job is going really nicely, with two record months of sales. And he still lives what he's doing and his team.

Rosie has been napping but only briefly (20-30 min). No naps for me. Tired. Very tired.

Oh no, my boys are hit and miss with naps too. I lost our keys to our car (our only set) and we had to pay $300 for the dealership to get us a master key and cut two copies. I thought my husband would loose it on me but he totally understood. Of course, I found the keys on the front lawn a week after we had the master key cut :( Thank goodness it gets easier!

Oh gosh, I know what you mean. We went camping this weekend and the twins barely slept. My mom and I drove to a trail to take the twins and the dogs hiking and we LEFT THE DOGS IN THE CAR...totally forgot them. At least I'm not forgetting the twins...
Hope you get some sleep soon. Things in general have been getting better over here over the last month or so and my twins are 5 months.
Glad all is well with your husband's job...

Hi Jem, this is Fran from Everyone else but me, I thought I'd post here to tell you about the book, hoping it may help you too! It's "New Toddler Taming" from Christopher Green. Let me know if you get it and if you find it helpful. Wishing you all the best,
Fran

My husband has been losing his keys every day this week! Sleep deprivation is no joke!

I'm an absolute zombie without enough sleep! Last week I accidentally placed my cell phone inside the bathroom cabinet and couldn't find it for the whole day! What a nightmare.

I love your blog!

Hi Jem,
Not sure how receptive you'd be to this idea, but since we're both new moms with babies a month apart, and have a college and a friend in common -- what do you think of meeting up and seeing if we're compatible to "spot" each other for some baby respite?
